My latest discovery: Vege-Gel.
It works the same good like traditional gelatine, actually is getting firm even faster.
I used it for instance in “Almond Panna Cotta with Cherries in Orange Syrup“, “Fruity Cheese Cake” or “Jelly Deluxe”.
