INGREDIENTS
4 medium tomatoes (cut into wedges)
½ large cucumber (cubed)
400g tin sweet corn (drained)
2 tbs of mayonnaise or 1 tbs of mayonnaise and 1 tbs natural yogurt
garlic salt to taste
rainbow peppercorns
METHOD
Combine tomatoes, cucumber, corn and mayonnaise in mixing bowl.
Season with garlic salt and freshly ground rainbow peppercorns.
Serve chilled.
Serve 3-4 people as a side dish.
