INGREDIENTS
handful of fresh chopped parsley
handful of fresh chopped celery leaves
handful of fresh chopped oregano (I replaced it with 1 tsp dried oregano)
4 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1-2 lemons
METHOD
Combine all ingredients and serve over grilled or roasted fish seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Make enough sauce for 4-6 portions of fish.
This is an amazingly simple, refined and delicious way to serve fish.
This looks great, I’m trying to eat more fish so I’ll give this a go!
