INGREDIENTS
4 fresh sweet corns or frozen ones (each cut into 2-3 pieces)
50g unsalted butter (softened)
½ mini 4g parsley cube (crushed)
1 tbs garlic puree
METHOD
Place fresh corn on baking tray and bake in 180°C (356°F) until soft and starting to get brown. If you are using frozen corn, place it in microwavable container with opening in the lid, add about 6 tbs of water and microwave until soft.
In meantime combine butter with garlic and parsley cube, mix well.
Serve on the side of corn and enjoy.
Make 4 servings.

Sweet, summer corn, slathered in butter – a religious experience to the masses, I’m sure.
