Sundried Tomato, Sage & Garlic Rice

INGREDIENTS

2 cups easy cook rice
4 cups water
1 tbs Vegeta (vegetable seasoning)
1 tbs dried sage
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbs sundried tomato paste
20g unsalted butter

METHOD

Cook rice in water with Vegeta, sage and garlic powder.
When is ready stir in sundried tomato paste & butter.

Serve to the ricebowls.

Serve 2 people as a snack and 4 as a side dish.
