It is again this time of the year when Sport Relief collect funds by organizing public events and selling goodies in participating stores.
If you are not familiar with Sport Relief they are part of Comic Relief (organizers of the Red Nose Day) that helps some of the poorest and most disadvantaged people since 1985. Half of the raised money is used to make difference here in the UK while other half is spent to support poor communities Worldwide. Sport Relief 2016 will take place on the 18th – 20th March.
This year designer Orla Kiely teamed up with HomeSense and TK Maxx to spread Sport Relief message into thousands of kitchens across the country.
Orla Kiely aprons will be featured during The Great Sport Relief Bake Off, in meantime they can be found exclusively in HomeSense and TK Maxx stores from January 21st… but hurry, they are only available while stock last. If you are not an apron person there are also beautiful, matching tea towels on sale.
Aprons cost £12.99 and at least £5.25 from each apron will go to the Sport Relief; tea towels are £4.99 from which £2.50 will go to the Sport Relief.
