INGREDIENTS
1 kg frozen sliced green beans
7 tbs grated / desiccated coconut
2 tsp salt
1½ tsp ground coriander
2 tsp turmeric
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
8 tbs oil (I used Carotino)
4 tbs chopped fresh or frozen coriander / cilantro
METHOD
Defrost first beans stir frying them, add oil and spices and fry some more till ready.
Serve 5-6 people as a side dish.
