what a good idea, margot. i suppose it can be used for the leafy herbs as well, like the bouquet garni.
I was just thinking that I needed to make something exactly like this. I made something with szechuan peppercorns and while the flavor was great, biting into them was not, and there were way too many to pick them out. Thanks for sharing!
