Rosemary Veggies

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ kg frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans, corn etc.)
1-2 vegetable stock cubes
2 tbs dried rosemary
oil

METHOD

Stir fry vegetables and seasonings till they are ready.

Taste good with “Jerk Chicken” and “Mashed Potatoes”.

Serves 5-6 people as a side dish.
