INGREDIENTS
750-800g sweet potatoes / jam (peeled and thickly sliced)
2 tbs olive oil
½ tsp garlic granules
½ tsp dried rosemary
EQUIPMENT
pastry brush
METHOD
Combine olive oil with herbs.
Place sliced potatoes on roasting tin and brush on both sides with olive oil using pastry brush.
Bake in preheated oven to 180°C (356°F) till potatoes are soft and start getting golden brown.
Serve as a side dish.
Serve 3-4 people.
