Do you realise that your header matches the roasted broccoli?
That’s true! I think I’m a little bit crazy about browns and greens recently, he he
I love roasted broccoli except I’ve always done it under the red hot broiler in about 7 minutes so I guess that makes it broiled broccoli? It’s like candy to me. I also like it tossed with linguini, raw pressed garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil and parmesan. Yum!
Amazing stuff I haven’t made this in a while but I came across it by coincidence a while back just by throwing in some broccoli with some roasting carrots and other veg and the broccoli was nearly the best tasting of the bunch….Its so simple and delicious, great tip!!
I’m with you Chris – roasted broccoli is one of the best experiments I ever made!
I love easy recipes such as this. Beautiful!
Margot, I’ve been having trouble posting comments here, so keep your fingers crossed while I try again.
Your healthy offering is also a favorite of mine. I enjoy most roasted vegetables, but shoveling an entire plate of roasted broccoli almost feels like I’m getting away with something. Silly, but true.
In my case it was by accident as well, same like Chris I was roasting all kind of veggies and broccoli came out the best! ;)
Marysol, I hope you won’t have any more problems posting comments.
