INGREDIENTS
baby potatoes
Carotino oil
black peppercorns
ground nutmeg
sea salt
METHOD
Make in each potato cuts ⅔ way every 2 mm. Place them on baking tray and brush with oil . Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper and nutmeg. Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) until ready.
Serve 5-6 people.
I love this way of cooking the potatoes. It adds such interest.

Scott, many years ago my friend Jacek used to make garlic potatoes this way, and I just remembered about it now :)
