Our standard fees are as follows

£160 / day of work ( £20 / hour )

10% discount is possible when 3 or more articles are commissioned at the same time.

Where applicable we will require featured product (s) to be provided beforehand for purpose of the article.

SPONSORED POST
Unbiased advertising articles mentioning product, event, service or website in accordance with brief, often featuring client’s video or images.

RECIPE TESTING COMMISSION
We will test and feature one of your client’s recipes on our website along with styled photos of the dish we have prepared featuring the product.

CRAFT or RECIPE DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
We will make a craft or create recipe using provided product(s) for C&V blog or for client’s website.
£200 for C&V website
£400 for C&V website and client’s website or client’s website only, with non-transferable, non-exclusive, digital only licence to use recipe / craft tutorial and up to 3 photos online (£50 per each additional image from the same shoot)
VENUES & EVENT COVERAGE
We will visit the event / venue, share our impressions during the day via social media channels using provided # and then write about it on our blog afterwards.
£320 editorial / advertising fee per day + travel expenses for both of us (from Brighton, UK)
GIVEAWAY / COMPETITION
Running for up to 4 weeks on C&V website with additional promotion across social media channels during entire time.
The audience of C&V blog is worldwide therefore we would prefer give-away sponsor to be able to ship the prize internationally but we understand it is not always possible. If we are giving away anything other than gift cards, identical item as the giveaway prize for review purposes will be required beforehand so we can use it in the giveaway article. Client decides about rules and requirements to enter and is responsible for shipment of the prize to the winner as soon as the giveaway is over.

SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION
Promoting links, photos of the products or other content from client’s website via our social media channels.

REVIEWS
Due to limited time we can afford spending on free projects we only review carefully selected books, local venues, products and services that we personally love or we know our readers would benefit from reading about them. Majority of the reviews will be included in Tried & Tested round-up published at the end of the month while some products will be reviewed on their own in separate article. We reserve the right not to feature all received products, especially “sample sized” samples below £20 (value of 1 hour work). For guaranteed coverage please choose one of the paid advertising options above.
Local restaurants will be considered for being reviewed on the blog only for meals worth £60+ (value of 3 hour work).
We do not use brand’s product shots in our reviews, instead we photograph items that we actually got to try and test ourselves so please, make sure the packaging is undamaged as it will look better in the pictures. Reviews can be also included in the giveaway / competition articles.

Articles created for client’s website with non-transferable, single use, digital only licence. The fees do not include licensing for images. Take a look below for photo licensing fees.

IMAGE LICENSING
All licences are valid from the time of the invoice but not before it has been paid in full. Licences are non-transferable, non-exclusive, single use and digital only. Print licence fees vary depending on media, size, territories, time period etc.
£50 event photo / web use (£25 per each additional image from the same shoot)
£100 styled photo / web use (£50 per each additional image from the same shoot)
DIGITAL CONTENT LICENSING
By default for all sponsored articles commissioned to be posted on Coffee & Vanilla website client is free to use associated images on social media to promote the post only where direct link to our website is included.
Licensing of existing content: recipes, crafts, images is also available on request, please contact us to discuss details. Prices start at £300 per recipe / craft with up to 3 images.
CONTENT LICENSING FOR PRINT
Prices start at £500 for existing content and £700 for new recipe / craft development with UK, single use, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it with up to 3 photos.

Notes

Featured products (sufficient amount in case of groceries and craft materials) or vouchers to purchase them must be provided. They are essential tools for creating content, testing and photography purposes, not part of the payment.
Please supply details of the products, retailers, RRP, website and social media handles if applicable.
Any coverage will be our honest opinion and all free product, affiliated links or sponsored posts will be clearly disclosed as such to comply with ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) rules.
Pursuing Google guidelines all links will have “nofollow” attribute.
By default for all sponsored articles commissioned to be posted on Coffee & Vanilla website client is free to use associated images on social media to promote the post only where direct link to our website is included.
To obtain additional licences or larger images for print, please let us know in advance to discuss possibilities, terms and pricing.
In case of more expensive gadgets and tools sent to us for purpose of the article (that does not include groceries) editorial fees may be reduced or waived altogether.
