INGREDIENTS
500g pasta
4 tbs dried / 5 tbs fresh or frozen parsley (chopped) or 4 spring onions (chopped)
salt
grated cheese
METHOD
Boil pasta, if using dried parsley add not too much water and cook parley together with pasta till there is no more water. Serve on plates and sprinkle with cheese.
If using fresh parsley, drain pasta, add parsley and stir. Serve on plates and sprinkle with cheese.
If using spring onions, sprinkle drained pasta with cheese and then top with the onion.
Serve 5-6 people as a side dish.
