INGREDIENTS
500g couscous
1000 ml (4 cups) boiling water
2 vegetable cubes
handful of dried garlic flakes
3 onions (chopped)
oil
90g jar of lemon grass in sunflower oil
3 tbs fresh or frozen parsley (chopped)
METHOD
Place couscous it in a large mixing bowl, add cubes, garlic flakes and boiling water.
Cover and leave aside till couscous soak all the water.
Fry on oil onions till golden brown, stir in couscous and parsley.
Fry for a while longer.
Serves 5-6 people as a side dish.
