INGREDIENTS
6 small courgettes / zucchinis (sliced lenghtwise)
100 ml olive oil
1 tbs vegetable stock powder
½ tbs dried oregano
½ tbs dried basil
1 whole garlic (peeled and chopped finely)
METHOD
Prepare olive oil with seasonings and pour over courgettes.
Keep over night or few hours before grilling in the fridge.
Grill in 180°C (356°F) till golden.
Serves 5-6 people as a side dish.
