INGREDIENTS
1 kg frozen cut or whole green beans
1 large whole garlic bulb (peeled and chopped finely)
½-1 lime juice – optional
1 tbs vegetable stock powder
3 tbs grape seed, olive oil or some unsalted butter
METHOD
Stir fry beans for a while, add garlic, lime juice and stock powder.
Fry stirring from time to time till there is no more water, add oil and fry some more till beans are ready.
Serves 5 people as a side dish.
