Eggplant / Aubergine


Eggplant (aubergine) is a fruit used as a vegetable in cooking.
Shapes, sizes and colours of eggplants may vary. It can be purple, white or both. The fruit contains numerous small and soft seeds. There is no need to deseed or peel before cooking.
