2 cups easy cook rice
4 cups water
1 tbs dried dill
1 tbs Vegeta (vegetable seasoning)
½ tbs garlic powder
3-4 spring onions (chopped)
1 sweet red pointed pepper (deseeded and sliced)
35g unsalted butter
METHOD
Cook rice with water, Vegeta, dill and garlic powder in covered pot.
When is ready combine with spring onions, pepper and butter. Stir well.
Serve to the rice bowls.
Serve 2 people as a snack or 4 people as a side dish.
