INGREDIENTS
800-900 g young baby potatoes
salt
2-3 tbs fresh / frozen dill (chopped) or some dried one
15-25g unsalted butter
METHOD
Cook potatoes in salty water, drain add butter and dill to the pot and fry for a while stirring gently.
Taste good for instance with “Ratatouille Chicken”.
Serve 3-4 people as a side dish.
