Curry & Yogurt Broad Beans

INGREDIENTS

750g frozen baby broad beans
3 cups of water
1 tbs vegetable stock granules
1 tbs mild curry powder
1 cup natural yogurt
2 tbs grape seed oil
1 tsp garlic powder

METHOD

Place broad beans, water, curry powder, garlic powder and vegetable stock granules in saucepan and cook covered till there is no more water and beans are soft.
Uncover, add oil and cook some more stirring from time to time.
Remove from fire, stir in yogurt.

Serve to the plates.

Serve 4-5 people as a side dish.
