INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts (skin removed, chopped)
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 pinches oregano
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 pinch of salt
3 tbs grape seed oil
METHOD
Mix egg with turmeric, oregano and salt. Put chicken pieces into it.
In another bowl have breadcrumbs, deep chicken pieces in it and put on frying pan with hot oil.
Fry for couple of minutes.
Serve with some salad.
Serve 2-3 kids.
