INGREDIENTS
- plain Cerelac or other instant infant cereal
- water or milk
- grated / desiccated coconut
- instant chocolate powder (I used Nesquik)
- sugar strands / sprinkles
METHOD
- Add a little bit of water to Cerelac powder, mix and create little balls.
- In 3 different containers prepare grated coconut, cocoa powder and sprinkles.
- Roll ⅓ balls in grated coconut, ⅓ in chocolate powder and the rest in sugar strands.
- If balls are too soft place them in the fridge for a while before serving.
