Strawberry Iceberg Salad in Balsamic Maple Dressing

INGREDIENTS 1 iceberg lettuce (teared) 450-500g strawberries (hulled and halved) 2 tbs balsamic vinegar 3 tbs olive oil 3 tbs maple syrup black peppercorns METHOD Combine lettuce with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and maple syrup and mix well. Share to the plates, top with strawberries, season with freshly ground pepper. Serve 4 people.
