INGREDIENTS
- wholemeal crackers or some fresh wholemeal bread
- cream cheese
- caramelized red onion chutney
METHOD
- Spread cream cheese and chutney on crackers or bread.
- Enjoy! :)
NOTES
Unfortunately I don’t have recipe for the red onion chutney but I’m planning to make it myself some time if future… in meantime check out this spicy green tomato and apple chutney from Cook Sister that is perfect with crackers and cheese.

A friend from the South (in the U.S.) got me into this a few years ago. It had never occurred to me to mix the two things together! It’s a great snack…perfect for just sitting around and drinking beer…
Now can we have a recipie for the chutney please! :grin:
