Butter and Garlic Corn

INGREDIENTS

1 kg frozen corn
50g or less unsalted butter
2 tbs garlic puree or some freshly minced garlic
sea salt to taste

METHOD

In a large frying pan or wok place corn, butter and garlic puree.
Heat over high fire stirring from time to time, till all butter melted and corn ready.
Season with salt to taste.

Serve 6 people as a side dish.
