INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of bushy carrots (trimmed & washed) – about 750g
2 tbs olive oil or Carotino
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbs dried thyme or some fresh one
EQUIPMENT
large baking tray
METHOD
Toss carrots in olive oil and salt, sprinkle with thyme and bake in the oven preheated to 200°C (392°F) for about 40-50 minutes or until soft and browned.
Serve 4-6 people as a side dish.
Such a lovely roasted recipe, promises to make carrots heavenly!
