Baked Chicken in Dijon Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soured cream
  • 2 – 3 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill

METHOD

  1. Season chicken and bake in over preheated to 180°C (356°F) for about an hour turning drumsticks from time to time.
  2. In meantime combine all ingredients for the sauce and keep it in a cool place till chicken is ready.
  3. Serve with pasta.

Serves 5 people.
