INGREDIENTS
for the chicken
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1 – 2 pinches Cayenne pepper
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
for the sauce
- 1 cup soured cream
- 2 – 3 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
METHOD
- Season chicken and bake in over preheated to 180°C (356°F) for about an hour turning drumsticks from time to time.
- In meantime combine all ingredients for the sauce and keep it in a cool place till chicken is ready.
- Serve with pasta.
Serves 5 people.
