Apple Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

4 bananas
3 x 125g yogurt (I used apple, lemon, blackberry)
4 tbs coconut milk powder
1 tbs dark soft brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 apples (cored)
1 wheat biscuit (I used Weetabix)

EQUIPMENT

blender

METHOD

Blend all ingredients together.
Serve to the glasses.

Makes 4 smoothies.
