INGREDIENTS
250g cooked and shelled mussels (washed and drained)
4-5 spring onions (chopped)
1 whole garlic head (each clove crushed with side of the knife blade and peeled)
2-3 pinches chilli flakes
3 pinches of sea salt
4 tbs unsalted butter
½ lemon juice
fresh bread rolls to serve
EQUIPMENT
wok or large frying pan
METHOD
Place butter, spring onions, garlic and chilli flakes in wok and fry over high fire until garlic start turning golden.
Add also salt, lemon juice and mussels. Simmer for few more minutes, just to heat them.
Serve immediately with fresh bread on a side.
Serve 2-3 people as a side dish or snack.

this is the kind of foods I love anything with seafoods and I melt away, at Rico I love the seafoods so much I have done lots of posts on the subject, but never done something like this. It sound fingerlicking good, thnks for posting and sharing it. :)
