INGREDIENTS
2kg boiled potatoes
1 tbs of vegetable stock powder or Vegeta (vegetable seasoning)
4 tbs mayonnaise or butter
4 tbs soured cream or natural yoghurt
1 tbs of garlic powder – optional
dried sage – optional
dried thyme or even better some fresh or
frozen thyme – optional
METHOD
Mash potatoes when still hot, stir in all other ingredients and mix well. Serve hot.
Serves 6-8 people.
