INGREDIENTS
1 kg frozen sliced green beans
1 lemon juice
20 garlic cloves (peeled & crushed)
1 green Thai Chilli pepper (chopped)
3 tbs soy sauce
2 pinches salt
3 tbs white sugar
4 tbs olive oil
METHOD
Place beans and 3 tbs of oil in a wok, stir in lemon juice and stir fry till water is gone.
Add rest of oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt, chilli and stir fry some more. At the end add sugar and fry for a while longer.
Serves 5-6 people as a side dish.
