[adapted from “Food for Health and Fitness” by Helen O’Connor & Donna Hay]
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ½ cups self rising flour
- 4 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup of soft dark brown sugar
- 6 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 tsp baking powder
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Fry on low fire on both sides using non stick frying pan without any oil.
- Serve hot or cold with maple syrup, honey, jam or fresh fruit and whipped cream.
Makes 15-20 medium size pancakes.
