INGREDIENTS
1½ cup green lentils or mung beans
3 cups water
25g unsalted butter
1 tbs garlic puree or garlic granules
sea salt
black peppercorns
METHOD
Place lentils, water and garlic puree in a pot and cook covered over medium fire, stirring occasionally, until ready. Add butter, season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste and serve.
Serve 4-6 people as a side dish.
