INGREDIENTS
500g large chestnut mushrooms
200g jar of green pesto
grated cheese
EQUIPMENT
aluminium foil
METHOD
Wrap each mushroom in aluminium foil, but do not cover the top.
Top each mushroom with pesto and grill for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Sprinkle with grated cheese and grill another 10-15 minutes.
Serve 5-6 people as a side dish.
