Garlic and Parsley Butter

INGREDIENTS

125g unsalted butter – half a bar (softened)
5 large – 8 smaller garlic cloves (minced)
1 small parsley cube (4g) or 1 tsp dried parsley and salt to taste

METHOD

Cream all ingredients together until smooth. Store in a fridge.

Perfect with fresh and crunchy bread.
