Cranberry, Banana and Green Tea Smoothie

This is very healthy, low in calories, sugar free smoothie sweetened with honey.

It is also packed with antioxidants (green tea and cranberries) and potassium from bananas.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 – 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup brewed and cooled down leaf green tea (leaves drained)
  • 1 cup fresh / frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbs clear honey

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Serve to the glasses, drink immediately.

Makes 2 glasses of smoothie.

  3. This sounds really good. Green tea is one of my favorite flavours. The cranberries would add a nice tartness to balance the sweetness of the honey and banana.
