This is very healthy, low in calories, sugar free smoothie sweetened with honey.
It is also packed with antioxidants (green tea and cranberries) and potassium from bananas.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 – 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup brewed and cooled down leaf green tea (leaves drained)
- 1 cup fresh / frozen cranberries
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tbs clear honey
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Serve to the glasses, drink immediately.
Makes 2 glasses of smoothie.

This sounds really good. Green tea is one of my favorite flavours. The cranberries would add a nice tartness to balance the sweetness of the honey and banana.
