INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe bananas (about 300g)
1½ cup semi skimmed milk
6 tbs (90 ml) natural yogurt
2 pinches ground cinnamon
½ pinch ground nutmeg
1-2 tsp dark soft brown sugar (only if bananas are not ripe enough)
2 tbs coconut milk powder
2 tsp brown linseeds
METHOD
Blend all ingredients, except linseeds, together.
Add linseeds, stir, share shake to the glasses.
Make 2-3 portions.
That looks tempting Margot! I made a cranberry and green tea smoothie with soy milk yesterday>) I love bananas, so might give this one a try:)

yummm…I love how you added the nutmeg, cinammon and linseed in the shake.
That does sound yummy! I like the spices, only added cinnamon (am a cinnamon-addict) so gar, but nutmeg sounds great too and coconut powder is a great treat
