oil (I used grape seed oil)
sea salt

silicone brush
baking tray
non-stick Teflon sheet
METHOD
Brush potatoes with oil using pastry brush.
Sprinkle with salt and bake in 180°C (356°F) till soft inside and golden brown from outside.
You can bake this way huge baking potatoes but as well young baby potatoes.
Big potatoes will take about an hour to get soft.

Hi Susan,
No special reason except the fact that I don’t like smell of most of the oils and grape seed oil does not have such a strong scent.
