INGREDIENTS
2 round lettuces (washed, drained and torn)
300ml soured cream
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs chopped dill (fresh or frozen)
freshly ground black peppercorns (to taste)
fine sea salt (to taste)
METHOD
On the bottom of salad bowl combine soured cream with seasonings. Add lettuce and mix well. Serve immediately.
Make 4 large servings.
- This dressing is prefect also for lettuce & tomato or mixed salad.
